from a very young age, Jennifer Knight was in love

It is a great love

Jenn began her career as a dancer in the Caribbean for a decade entertaining people from around the world seeking sips of Summer at luxury resorts and onboard cruise ships. Whenever not working, she would be swimming, sunning or exploring the islands.

​

Upon retiring from dance, she traded in her white bikini for a white business suit and transitioned into a corporate career in Vancouver, working for large brands in leadership, sales and training. Eventually starting her own consulting company to support businesses through change.

Having taught fitness: aqua, cardio or barre, on the side for years, her love of wellness evolved and a desire to share her passion for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness evolved too.
